Reach Our Data Protection Team

If you want to review, correct or remove the personal data we hold on your account, our privacy team is reachable through multiple channels.

Email Request Send your data access or deletion request to our privacy address. Include your registered mobile number so we can locate your account quickly and process the request without unnecessary delays.
Live Chat Open the chat window inside your aagame account dashboard and select the Privacy topic. Our support agents can log a formal data request on your behalf and give you a reference number to track progress.
Account Dashboard Navigate to Settings in your account and select Privacy Controls. From there you can download a copy of your stored profile data or submit a deletion request without needing to contact support directly.

Data Handling, Cookies and Security Practices

Every layer of our data infrastructure is built around limiting access to your personal information. Below are the six practices that define how we manage, protect and eventually remove your data.

Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data — including identity documents, payment references from UPI and Paytm, and account credentials — is stored with AES-256 encryption at rest. Only authorised personnel with a verified business need can query these records.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to measure lobby performance. You can manage cookie preferences from the Settings page. We do not use cookies to serve third-party advertising outside aagame.

Account Security Controls

Two-factor authentication is available on every account. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an SMS verification to your registered Indian mobile number, adding an extra check before access is granted.

Data Retention Periods

Transaction records, including PhonePe and UPI logs, are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Profile data not associated with transactions is removed within 90 days of a verified account closure request.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with payment processors only to complete the transaction you initiated. We share data with identity verification providers only during the account verification step. No marketing profiling data is passed to outside parties.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You can request a copy of your stored data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request erasure where no legal retention obligation applies. Submit requests via the Account Dashboard or email our privacy team with your account mobile number.

We collect your name, mobile number, email address and, where local law requires identity verification, a copy of a government-issued ID. Payment method details such as UPI IDs and Paytm wallet references are also logged to process transactions.

Payment transaction references — including UPI transaction IDs and Paytm wallet tokens — are stored encrypted and are accessible only by our payments and fraud-prevention teams. We do not store full bank account numbers linked to your UPI handle.

Yes. Go to Settings in your account dashboard, select Privacy Controls and choose Download My Data. We will prepare a structured file of your profile, transaction and session data and make it available within 48 hours of the request.

Transaction logs tied to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for the period mandated by Indian financial regulations. Non-transactional profile data is deleted within 90 days of a verified closure request being processed by our team.
